1. Privacy roles (B2B industrial)
In the typical use of Movish in industrial environments:
' Client (AGV/AMR system operating company): acts as Responsible for the processing of operational and user data (credentials, roles, missions, maps, alarms, etc.), since it manages its network, its server and defines the profiles/role.
a CAR ELEVA, SL: acts as a software provider. You will only have access to data if the customer requests it (e.g., supports/maintains) and under the customer's instructions, through the applicable contract/agreement.

3. What is Movix
Movix is an application oriented to industrial and logistic environments for the operation, supervision and support of AGV/AMR systems and associated services, through consumption of APIs REST of the system server.
Movix does not manage the client network or user/role administration: these functions depend on the server and the client's policy.
4. Data that can be processed by the application
According to configuration and use, Movish may treat:
de Account/operation data: user, role (as returned by the server), session token, connection parameters (IP/server port).
a Operating system data (from the client server): missions, maps, vehicles, alarms and other elements necessary to operate/supervise.
a Technical data: device information (model/system) and technical operating records/errors (e.g. for diagnosis).
' Chamber (if QR is used): camera access only for reading QR codes.
Important about the camera: Movix does not record video, does not take photos, does not store or send camera content; use is in real time for scanning/reading.
Movix is not designed to collect unnecessary personal data. In industrial B2B environments, the treatment is oriented to the operation of the client system.
5. Purposes
The data is processed for:
' Allow authenticated access and keep session in front of the client's server.
' Execute operational functions: mission management, alerts, maps and element control.
' Diagnosis and maintenance (technical records) for incident resolution, especially when the customer requests support.
' Security: prevent unauthorized access and detect anomalies (according to server and client environment controls).
6. Legal basis
The applicable legal basis will depend on the responsible customer and their relationship with their users. Usually:
' Execution of a contract / provision of B2B service (system operation).
' Legitimate interest (security, prevention of abuse, operational continuity).
' Consent when applied (e.g. chamber permission for scanning QR, which may be denied).
7. Recipients and assignments
In general:
' The operational and user data are processed within the client’s environment (its network/server), which decide recipients and accesses.
a CAR ELEVA does not receive data unless the customer requires it for support, maintenance or incidents, and in accordance with the applicable contract.
No data is transferred to third parties except legal obligation or technical needs of the client (e.g., customer's own cloud providers).
8. International transfers
It will depend on the client's infrastructure. If services outside the EEA are used, adequate guarantees must be applied in accordance with the applicable regulations.
9. Conservation
It will depend on the client and system server policy. Movix, as a client application, can keep temporary data (e.g. session) as long as necessary to operate.
10. Security
Security depends mainly on the client's environment (network, servers, accounts, roles). Movix applies reasonable measures:
' Session control (token) and use of server authentication mechanisms.
' Current status: HTTP communication in customer-controlled network (e.g., LAN/VPN) with client-specific access controls (e.g., segmentation, whitelists and/or authorized devices).
a Scheduled: evolution to HTTPS/TLS for traffic encryption.
. Minimization and drafting of technical records.
11. Rights of users
For the processing within the client’s environment, the rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability) must be exercised against the responsible client.
If there is treatment by CAR ELEVA (e.g., requested support), it will be channeled according to the contract and the applicable regulations.
12. Contact for privacy
' For privacy issues about use and operational data: contact your company/responsible customer (system administration).
a For issues relating to Movish as a product or support: CAR ELEVA, SL (usual corporate channels).
13. Connectivity (Internet vs local network)
Movix does not necessarily require the Internet, but does require connectivity with the system server. Usually, the application must be on the same network (LAN/VPN) as the cli
ent's AGV/AMR server.
14. Changes in policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or application changes. The current version will be published on the corresponding channel.
